I am Vasanti, a seasoned Breathwork practitioner and healer with over three decades of experience in the realms of meditation, spirituality, and holistic wellness.
My life’s work is devoted to creating transformative spaces for individuals to embark on profound journeys of healing, self-discovery, and inner awakening. ​ With deep roots in meditation, I guide and facilitate groups through practices that cultivate mindfulness, presence, and spiritual growth. My Sound Healing sessions—whether for individuals or groups—draw on the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments to harmonize energy fields, balance chakras, and foster a deep sense of inner peace. ​ As a yoga facilitator, I integrate the wisdom of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga to offer practices that nurture the body, mind, and spirit, supporting emotional balance and trauma healing. My approach is grounded in the belief that movement and breath are pathways to wholeness. ​ I also teach Reiki Levels I, II, and III, sharing the art of energy healing and empowering others to awaken their inner healer.
